Two Menu Choices

Group Menu

A special Menu for Group Bookings only and especially recommended for groups of 12 or more (less may be possible by arrangement and subject to notice). This Menu is offered at £20.00 for Two Courses, and £24.00 for Three Courses.

(Minimum of 24hours notice is normally required for this Menu)

Evening Menu

Our normal A la Carte evening Menu is available for all group Bookings, but please be aware that for parties of 12 or more a longer delay can be expected as all food is prepared fresh daily and cooked to order.

We regret that it is not practical for different Customers within the same group to mix and match from different Menus.

Deposits

A deposit of £10 per person is required to secure your table for the date and time specified, this is necessary as other bookings will be declined.

Christmas Deposits

A deposit of £10.00 per person is required

Deposit Payment

Please pay by Credit/Debit card or Cash, which is our preferred method, we can accept deposits over the telephone. If paying by Cheque please make payable to Keo Bar Bistro and only one Cheque per party booking.

We regret that due to a high demand for facilities Deposits are Strictly non-refundable Also no credit can be given against food or drink. However, if reasonable notice is given then at our complete discretion we will do our best to replace a booking and adjust seating plans to fill the vacancy, but we will be under no obligation to achieve this.

Pre-order

All produce used in the preparation of our dishes is delivered Fresh on a Daily basis, and this coupled with our constant endeavours to provide a First Class Service, means that for parties we do require your co-operation by placing a pre-order.

The confirmation e-mail will include a booking reference which is unique to your party for the purposes of making pre-order selections on-line. If you prefer a hard copy of our pre-order form for postal or fax pre-ordering please click below.

Please note: The completed pre-order is required at least 1 week prior to your party date.

Final Payment

Final Payment will be due for settlement on the day of your party booking, please note we will provide one bill only per table, and a discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill. Payment by Credit/Debit card please, however company cheques for group bookings can be accepted but only strictly by prior arrangement.

Bar Account

For your convenience we will be pleased to set up a bar account facility. Please specify your agreed limit.

N.B. Please note we are unable to accommodate individual drinks payments at the table.

Lunchtime Bookings

To allow time for evening bookings we ask that tables are vacated by 3.30pm, you are then invited to continue your party in the ground floor bar area.
